To install:
Copy the Data folder inside the rar to your game directory (usually c:\program files\bethesda softworks\oblivion). When prompted to overwrite, click "Yes to All".
Run the Oblivion launcher (or autorun the game from the CD to bring it up), and click on Data Files. Mark Adele_blackSwanBoutique.esp as selected.
